CHICKEN WINGS
PREP. TIME 1:30
SERVES 5-6
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. CAIRO SEASONING
35- 40 chicken wing segments
1 1/2 cup CAIRO BBQ SAUCE
1/3 cup margerine or butter
-Combine flour and CAIRO SEASONING in a zip lock bag.
-Coat wings with mixture.
-Place coated wings in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and
recoat.
-Heat margerine or butter and CAIRO BBQ SAUCE in a 2-quart sauce pan. Heat on low
until margerine or butter melts. Keep warm on low heat on stove top.
-Deep-fry chicken in 375 degree oil(canola, peanut, or vegetable oil). Fry 8-10 pieces at a
time for 10-12 minutes. Remember to turn chicken once or twice while frying.
-Drain chicken on rack for 30 seconds, then toss fried chicken into sauce mixture and
remove with slotted spoon.
-Repeat with remaining chicken.
SLOW COOKER-PULLED PORK
SERVES 6-8
Water
1 boneless pork shoulder or pork blade(butt) 3-4 pounds.
1-2 oz. CAIRO SEASONING
1 bottle (20 ounces) of CAIRO BBQ SAUCE
Hambuger buns or sandwitch rolls
-Just cover bottom of slow cooker with water. Season roast with CAIRO SEASONING,
and place in slow cooker. Cover; cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
-Remove roast from cooker and place on cutting board. Pull the meat apart in shreds
using two forks.
-Remove liquid remaining in slow cooker.
-Return pulled pork to slow cooker, add 8-16 ounces of CAIRO BBQ SAUCE and mix well.
-Cover and cook on low for another 30 minutes.
-Spoon bbq onto buns or rolls.

-Try some CAIRO BBQ SAUCE on your pizza!
-Excellent in your favorite baked bean recipe!
-Fantastic on chicken salad and tuna salad sandwitchs!
-Great on eggs!
